Laughton Davidson the executive producer of ShartyB, a music production company in Ottawa Canada for over 25 years. We specializes in artist management, booking and event planning in the Ottawa Carlton region since 1999. ShartyB has produced shows with many internationally acclaimed artists such as Freddy McGregor (Jamaican music ambassador), Mighty Sparrow (the king of calypso), Gyptian (Top pop reggae artist), Lady saw, Luciano, Jumo Primo Soca king, George Nooks, Tarrus Riley, Major Brandish and many more.

The production has also served as production manager for many outdoor special events such as the Jam Days at (Mooney’s Bay Park), Rhythm Culture Fest (Clarke fields Park), Ottawa reggae Festival (Lebraton Flats) and many other smaller outdoor and indoor events.

ShartyB normally handle all the behind-the-scenes works ensuring a seamless operation for all our projects. Music is the core of everything we do, maintaining the essence with excitement.
